[Wolves] What to Install advice

Hi folks.

I'm thinking of installing a linux distro on an old Dell Inspiron 2200
laptop (with expanded ram). This had the Broadcom B43 chipset for the wifi
which I understand can be tricky with some flavours of linux.

So my question: Which is the better option Ubuntu (i'm told version 11 is
not great but the version 10 LTS is fine) or Debian? Or is there a better
option out there I'm not aware of?
