You've had some pretty good answers here so far but I'd also add,
think of the kind of organisations you'd like to work for and check
out their careers websites, so people like Red Hat, Canonical, Google,
Facebook blah blah, or whatever is your thing.

Also think about universities in the region, NHS, Police, local
councils and other institutions. Join the Linux Jobs and SB LUG
mailing lists and any others for areas you'd be prepared to work in as
jobs pop up on them from time to time.

If you don't mind dealing with recruiters personally, there are a
couple who specialise in Linux/Unix. One guy is called Tony Chapman,
he's on twitter as @LinuxRecruit and based on very brief experience,
seems not quite as annoying as most.
