Indeed you need the official build of Chrome to run Prime, due to the
encrypted media extension
keys not being in Chromium (last time I checked).

IIRC Chrome dropped support for CPUs without SSE2 a while back and
they announced in December
they were dropping support for 32 bit CPUs, effective March 2016.
