Kevan,

I tried to use the BBC's iplayer software but it didn't work: when I tried it, it was in Beta and downloadable from BBC iplayer Labs. However, there is a piece of software called get_iplayer which works great. It's downloadable from http://linuxcentre.net/getiplayer/. It's command line only. Maybe I'll get round to setting up a GUI for it...
Am I correct in assuming that that BBC iPlayer is now available for
Linux? If so is it possible to save the content of a broadcast from
the iPlayer? I was interviewed yesterday on Radio WM and I would like
to save a copy if possible. I've been told that I can't do this
through Windows so I'm hoping my beloved Linux can come to the
rescue..
