Thanks Guys, C720 does look good so I've ordered one. My son has an
earlier Acer and he loves it.<br>
Not happy that $199 = £199 but so be it!<br>

Any comments regarding whether to go Crouton or ChrUbuntu or any
other suggestions?<br>

I do more and more just in a browser and my needs are simple, but it
is not easy to get a wifi/network connection everywhere round here
so the flexibility appeals.<br>
