Made a boo boo on one of our tangents. ISO 8601 says that week #1 is
the week that contains the first Thursday of the year. If that
Thursday is the 5th, 6th, or 7th, then the 1st, 2nd, and/or third
will be in week #52 (or #53) of the previous year. The same day
cannot be in two different weeks in two different years.<br>

That's ISO/Europe. If you're in USA or Canada, it can!<br>
