[Autistic] O/T: Disabling right mouse button in Windows

Hi,

Sorry this is O/T. My middle son is somewhere on the autistic spectrum. 
He uses my partner's computer which has XP and is having problems with 
the mouse. He can't differentiate between the left and right buttons. Is 
there a way to disable the right mouse button or make it function the 
same as the left one for a single user? I've looked online buy can't 
find any suggestions. If it's relevant the machine has a Dell-branded 
USB mouse.
