Easiest way is probably to forward the mail to the list owner and
report from there.  But to be honest, don't bother doing anything so
manual.  It's best either to find a way to automatically report spam
(tricky), or just not bother, because it's too time-consuming.

If you like spamcop then there are ways to easily report through
there. (spamcop.net)
