[Beds] artswrapper

Hi,

I'm trying to change artsd in debian to run with real-time priority with no
sucess.   I've made artswrapper (/usr/bin/artswrapper I think) setuid root
but if I start artswrapper and then do

artsshell status

it reports that the server is not running realtime.  Does anyone have any
suggestions as to what I've done wrong?
