You could build a cheap Mini-ITX based system (www.mini-itx.com,
www.linitx.org, www.linitx.com).  I know that Neil has one of these =
boards
so he'll be able give you some info on them.  I had a look the other =
day and
a case, MB + Processor, Memory stick, Hard drive and CD drive came to =
under
250gbp.

Not top of the range speed but I'd expect they'll be up to most =
everyday
stuff.
