[Beds] New LUG site

Hi all

I have done some more work on the LUG site. Unfortunately I didn't get 
a huge response for content - thanks to those of you who contributed. 
Consequently a lot of the links on the site are my favourites and any 
useful others I could think of. Contributions will be welcome!

For you obsessive types out there - I know it is not valid html 
anything yet. I'm working on it. (valid css though :-)
