[Beds] Forums restored

Hi All,

The LUG forums are now operational again and updated to SP 1.4 which
was released today (and no, we weren't responsible for the compromise).

I hope the new look and feel meets with your approval. Please report any 
issues in using the forums to this list. I don't think we've lost too much in 
the way of content.
