[Blackpool] Rapid development for gnome

Don't know if anyone is interested in this but I got from nothing to a
distributable .deb package today in about 3 hours using Quickly. Admittedly
I use Python every day but it seems like a brilliant way for people
interested in developing for gnome to get started.
