organise the meetings around the larger user base.

Several list emails have 'bounced' this week. "The message body size
has been exceeded".
This looks like it is caused by each person replying and including the
full email trail/conversation in their reply. The trail/conversation
gets bigger with each reply, and eventually the size limit is exceeded
and the email 'bounces'.

Les has proposed doing more work with Dave on virtual machines, and
the projector will be available to enable everyone to see what is
going on.
