Hi Anna / Everyone

I really like what you have proposed, and I am sure that members of
Blackpool LUG would love to attend / help again.

Regarding tech support, perhaps we could setup an email address that people
can use to send enquiries, this email address could be manned by volunteers
who would keep an eye on the box and take ownership of queries. (BTW this is
the kind of work I do for a living so I'm happy to take this forward)

Regarding dates, August / September are two busy months for events, what
with Oggcamp and Software Freedom Day. We need to choose a date that will
allow us to maximise our impact.

I've mentioned this previously to you Anna, but just for visibility to the
group, could we also combine Software Freedom Day into this event?
We could potentially generate a lot of attendees for 3 separate interests in
one 2 day event!

Thanks in advance.
Les
