[Blackpool] LED displays

Hi All,

During last weeks meeting Mike and I started to create a circuit diagram of 
one of the PCBs from the LED displays that Les provided.
I took the hand drawn diagram that we created and redrew it using Eagle CAD 
http://www.cadsoftusa.com/ to make it easier to read and follow, attached is a 
pdf version of that work in progress.

I won't be able to attend the meeting on Saturday, If anyone else wants to 
continue I can let you have the CAD files.
