[Blackpool] Development Project

This is for anyone who is interested in the development project and/or
Python.

We are thinking of trialing a cross-over session at the LUG meeting on
Saturday - trying to create something from scratch starting from simple
Python program,and adding to it a few object definitions and then producing
a simple web app using Webpy. Git not required! ;-)
