[Blackpool] LED Display - project nearing completion.

Hi folks -

Attached picture.
here is the LED display project almost finished.
All segments are working with no flicker, and it is now self powered.
The last job is to provide a method to allow users to reprogram it.
Currently, the messages are 'hard coded in'
