Basically means that it could not get the gpg key for the nadia release. The key is used to authenticate the packages downloaded etc.
For some reason the updater could not connect to port 80 on packages.linuxmint.com. With the messages of connection refused I'd hazard a guess that the server is either too busy or temporarily unavailable.

The updater will just use the older files or just ignore the missing ones as stated.
Try it again in a short while and see if its been rectfied
