Hi,
There are a number of Physical to Virtual disk convertors out there.

eg. VMWare vCenter Convertor
http://www.vmware.com/products/converter/

Microsoft Disk2VHD
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/sysinternals/ee656415.aspx


Once you've got your disk image you should then be able to add it as an 
existing drive when you create a VM in VirtualBox

There may be driver issues and Windows may require re-activation when 
you virtualise an installation.
