[Blackpool] Server issue query

Thanks Michael.

I did reboot the VPS when the issue occurred, to see if that would resolve
it. Unfortunately it didn't.

What's unusual is that the problem 'disappeared' a few hours later. As you
suggest, it could be other containers causing issues, so I'll take it up
with the host.
