[Blackpool] Blog changes

Hi folks -

at the last meeting, the four of us attending discussed the possibility of
merging the LUG and the Makerspace blogs, to cut the workload of
maintaining two blogs.
I have redirected the LUG blog to the Makerspace blog and renamed it
Blackpool LUG and Makerspace.

If it doesn't work out it will be easily reverted.

I have also added the facility to post to the blog using email, and will be
handing out the info required to do this soon.

email posting is a quick fix, while we figure out if there is an easier way
to get content into the blog. (Les is looking at Ittt as a possible
solution)

We all know how to use email, so now we will all be able to add our bit to
the blog if and/or when we feel like writing something.
