[Blackpool] Panel - Mint 17

Hi Elizabeth

Right click on the panel, the top option above properties should be to add
to panel.

Click on this and there is a menu of items you can add to the new panel,
battery monitor, clock etc. the one you need to show the open windows is
windows list.
