I'll have a look at your video & Arthur's clearing DNS cache a bit later & on another machine rather than my main tower - just in case I mess anything up.
I'll check Forum 1st before I do anything.

ElizabethAre all the folk with the same internet service provider? If so you will all have a central DNS server which all of you will connect to.If you feel up to it, change your DNS server using this video.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CpjVtteqkmE

Just to recap:
3 of my 4 computers have the problem, 1 works fine.
All have same OS & browser. (Linux & Firefox)
Several other folk have the same problem - all have different Windows OS & use different browsers.
The majority of folk have no problem whatsoever irrespective of which OS or browser is used.
Do you still think the DNS cache is the culprit?
