[Blackpool] Parking at home bargins during LUG/Makerspace meetings

Hi guys just got home to an £8 parking fine from Parking eye who control
parking for home bargins in Tyseley Road car park.

They take photo as you enter and leave car park and I overstayed for 12
minutes on the 4th April and thus have to pay this legal charge

We need to find some parking for the LUG as this is going to be a big
problem.
