[Blackpool] Parking at home bargins during LUG/Makerspace meetings

Wouldnt have paid it...its not a fine its basically an invitation to pay or
more commonly known as a speculative invoice. The 'fine' has no legal
standing. Most they could try for was for any losses incurred during your
overstay but they would have been hard pushed to prove that this 12 minutes
caused them an £85 quid loss.

Google it...its an interesting subject.
