[Blackpool] Laser Cutter

Hello

Well we had a successful day with the laser cutter, all working!

I've written a quick guide and posted it to Github, so that others can edit.

There is a table of materials, and suggested settings for cutting /
engraving. This is to be updated as and when we test a new material, do
something new with the cutter.

I am also sourcing some laser quality materials for us to cut.
