[Bradford] IRC channel for the group #bradford-lug

Hi Dave,

The I've just tried connecting via pidgin and it was find to verify I
have also connected via mIRC and can see myself logged in twice so I
think we can assume the channel is up and running,

for reference I am running:

Pidgin 2.5.0
mIRC 2.8.4
on Hardy.

Make sure in your pidgin account setting you have the server set to
"irc.freenode.net" .  If you want to give it a go I will stay on
the channel so you can see at least someone in it if you do manage to
get on.
