[Bradford] accounting/VAT

Hi there,

I'm the one who is developing it - however it's still in progress and is not
on the Internet anywhere - There's a fair bit to do with regard to when
users switch VAT schemes.

Having said that, if I wait untill its perfect I'll never get it published,
and I really need testers - and hopefully a community of people working on
it. So I'll get a web site organised and put it up and ask for
helpers/testers. I've got your email - and the lug mail account so I'll let
you know when its available on the internet - in about three to four weeks I
think.

It's likely to be a long time before its ready for real live use however,
but it would be great if people could run it in parallel with existing
systems - to see if it gives sane results!

   Bernard
