Took me ages, but I knew it was there somewhere! From your own user page 
(e.g. mine is
http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/SpillerC ) you can see people who live 
near to you. The list David gave below is almost the same as the list I 
got.

 From their pages (as listed be David), I've mailed Ishtiaq, Stuart 
Lunn, Martyn R and loulou72. Most of the others haven't ever made any 
contributions. Should I mail them anyway? Or has someone else sent 
invitations to them?
