[Bradford] Response to NonMS schools petition

Not quite. It requires a prolonged and energetic campaign to point out 
to the press, politicians including all opposition interests and any 
others, plus wide use of all available media and lobbying of sitting and 
aspiring MPs. Evidence needsd to be gathered, not just wild finger 
pointing. This is corruption and it is our money being misappropriated 
dishonestly. Whenever I've tried to drum up interest for such activities 
the energy for action such as postings in this thread runs out as soon 
as what is required to achieve results is spelt out. A couple of lords 
simply won't do it.

But if you believe otherwise raise the money and give it a go.
