lol. In essence I agree. But that's mostly because the effort is left to 
far to few to do anything about it. Even if just a reasonable percentage 
of the moaners actually did something constructive, as has been proven 
several times in the past, it would change. The miscreants would be at 
least heavily fined and probably lose their jobs. M$ would take a hiding 
in the courts and massive damage to their credibility. The EU would love 
the excuse to get their hands on the lying thieving bastards which would 
spell even bigger trouble to them.
