[Bradford] Don't forget the photo competition

Don't forget there is a photo competition to depict Bradford and
GNU/Linux still going on. 

There are entries, so it is a real competition with a prize and
everything (no rules and possible corruption - so just like a real
competition!)

My plan is to have the photos (manipulated photos are encouraged) on
display somehow at the next meeting, and for people to vote on them.
Photo creators will be kept anonymous, so if you want to enter, slip me
your photo(s) without letting others know it's yours (unless of course
you are cheating)

I haven't gone with putting them on the web because I'm not sure how
people want their photo's licensed, (or even put on 't web)
