Do we have to be strict about the 20 minutes?

If people have something that will go on for 30 or 40 minutes, I think we 
should let that happen.

As I see it the point about having 20 minute slots is that it makes it less 
daunting for people who would not want to give a full presentation and it also 
brings more variety to the meetings.

But I wouldn't want it to become a straitjacket.
