[Bradford] Advert for Bradford CVS mag

Personally I think it is really great; I suspect the CVS software probably 
cannot handle SVG; so the PNG is fine.

In the absence of other comments from members, I am assuming people are happy 
to use this. So unless I hear anything further, I'll let them have it for the 
next issue of the magazine.
