[Bradford] Wednesday 25th April meeting

Yes good idea. The 'My Desktop' feature, in FullCircleMagazine, is one of my favourites.

Ubuntu 12.04 is due out on the 26th. I've not liked Unity  before but the Linux Action Show gave the latest Unity a big thumbs up - so I'll be giving it a try. I've done all the backups so I can do a clean install of 12.04. So, if anyone is interested I can do a short talk about it at the May meeting. Once I've dealt with the desktop computer I have to start on the server. I am thinking of installing OpenMediaVault, amongst other things, so that might also be of interest to some.
Brian

Demoing desktops - an excellent idea.

The openSUSE art team asked people to share desktops recently - I
was amazed at the variety.
