MAD Bradford is a monthly event bringing together employees, business
owners and university/college staff involved or interested in creating
media, using new development/production tools, and various ways of
working in the media and digital industry.

This month's keynote speaker will be Simon Lumb, Technical Product
Manager at the BBC. Si actively works on products and services that
support games and interactivity for BBC content. With almost 7 years at
the BBC, he has knowledge of delivering a wide range of web and TV based
interactive services, including internet-delivered video, games and
applications.

This keynote will lead into Open Spaces collaborative discussions with
break-out rooms available for smaller groups to go off on tangent
discussions.

Glyde House has a bar with a good selection of wines and beers and is
located in Bradford city centre - opposite the National Media Museum.
Veggie chillie will again be served.

MAD has a small steering group which currently
includes Panoetic (web), Shoot (video), Four Door
Lemon(gaming), Gumption (telecoms) & Totaal (Digital Comms). Other MAD
stakeholders attending include representatives from Bradford
University, Bradford College and the National Media Museum.

You too can contribute by booking on to join the MAD community of
Bradford :)
