[Bradford] Update on 2013 room

When I did the calculation, based on the number of attendees over a year, I think it averaged out at £1.85 per person per meeting. So £2 in a collection box, each meeting, for 11 months, would do it.

Hi,

Just to add, not only is it the right thing to do as it is a
charity that is helping US - their current room pricing is at cost
to them, they don't make any profit (the electricity, heating
costs and security staff need paying so we are actually taking
funding away from something else); but thinking long term, we
don't know how Bradford CVS will allocate rooms the following
years (another group might come along, they might not be able to
afford the guy who open the door in 2014 in evenings), if we can
pay for what we can each month now, it will help reduce the
chances of us having to pay more later.

Why should we NOT still aim to collect the full amount each month
      ?

Cheers, Nick
