Here is the response:

Do they want help:
·         to obtain a domain
name   Yes
·         to host a
website  No
·         to set up their own
website  Yes
·         to create a website
from scratch  Preferably
·         to create a website
using templates  Possibly
·         to create a website
using a content management system  ??
·         primarily to provide
information  Yes
·         primarily to interact with people, whether their own volunteers or the wider community?   Eventually yes

We only need ball park figures initially and maybe a look at someone’s previous work.

Don't know how helpful that is but it's a start.

If anyone is interested in throwing their hat in the ring (or recommending someone) please let me know asap.

P.
