All good questions!
They use a 3rd party service to serve their podcasts - I suspect this
takes care of the licencing:
http://www.podcast.canstream.co.uk/bcb/
but I would be surprised if that covered the re-podcasting on other
sites - which is sort of why I was highlighting it to the list - well
the people on the list interested in the radio project.
I'm sure it will get covered in any conversation that takes place
about us podcasting our efforts.
