[Bradford] Website update.

Hi Folks

Just to let you know that thanks to Nigel and Luke, we now have a
fully working dev site for the website:
http://dev.bradlug.co.uk

I've got server access, and Nige might be around to support us as well.

Later I'll add the people that are coming as users on the dev site and
then we should be ready to go.

Please check out the google doc of tasks/ideas - I'll tidy that up in
the next 24hrs!
