[Bradford] Fwd:20 free print subscriptions

David C and I discussed this after it had been raised at a meeting but
no-one else has showed any interest until now. If there are others who
would like to join in, we might be able to put on something formal some
time somewhere.

I'm going to do a couple of XP machines for friends shortly.
