[Bradford] Degrees of integration?

Hi Paul

WordPress is certainly more manageable than Drupal. I would envisage the key
problems arising from any custom fields which particular organisations have
used; I would also imagine that the different organisations have set up
different profiles and different permissions, all of which will need to be
harmonised.

I am guessing but I think the choice of WordPress or the MailChimp extension
will be a trivial decision compared with the decisions about integrating the
three different set-ups.

Unless one of the organisations is using Drupal and specific Drupal
functionality, I don't see why you would need to compromise on functionality.
In fact, you might find that, out of the experiences of the three
organisations, you implement functionality which they did not think they would
need when they set up their respective systems and which they have never
implemented because of the time/effort/disruption needed to implement it.
