For those who attended last night. I have solved the problem of securing the web GUI. The problem I had was that the admin tool, to make the hash, was not installed and I hadn't worked out how to do it. The upshot is that it needs to be installed via npm (under root). I did it today, together with authentication setup, and the page is now secure - Sorry Nigel and David but you no longer can invade my web GUI to make any more of your evil flows :-)
Eventually, when I find the time,  I'll write all this up in my blog.
