[Bradford] Fw: Meeting rooms

Hi Alice

Paul Colley very kindly explained that none of the rooms in the building are 
going to be hired out in future and that the equipment will be moved to be 
used at another site. So that is the end of our use of the Mabel Booth room.

Paul made a number of suggestions and David Carpenter is also exploring one 
already. So all being well we should be able to make a decision before the 
next meeting.
