[Bradford] hedghog camera

The Raspberry pi hedghog camera demo didn't work last night, I naturally
suspected an inimical spirit and was considering a seance as the only way
forward. But I've found its a known bug in the 'Waitress' web server which
I was using - it requires a DNS service, and is fixed in later versions of
Waitress. But the Raspbian version is still the old version.

At home I always have a DNS - but on the isolated router it was missing,
I'm now using another web server and its fine. Hope to show it again in
future.
