Dear all

A friend whom I helped to move to Linux some time ago had a problem with 
logging in to Internet banking with First Direct and ’phoned their support 
department who could not identify the cause of the problem. So they passed him 
to their techies who asked whether he was using Windows or Mac to which he 
replied, ‘Linux’ and they said, ‘Oh good. And what browser?’ And he said, 
‘Firefox’ and they said, ‘Oh good’ and explained the correct settings in 
Firefox to enable him to log in and out securely.
