Hi Mike
Had a look at the Lenovo T60 Thinkpad specs and a lot would depend on how much
RAM it has; the top rated models had 2GB which would be enough to run a modern
OS but anything less and it is probably better used as a door stop.
It runs on 20V; so if the lead is a 20V lead (and it has 2GB RAM), it will
probably be fine to put a modern Linux distro on.
