[Bradford] Stinky room, on-line meetings and publicity

Dear Brian

Of course, people can join an existing server but one of the points being made 
was that social media is where new users are. Joining random Mastodon servers 
is not going to raise BradLUG’s profile among new users. For that we need our 
own Mastodon server with which they can interact.
