[Bradford] Meeting notes and annual review

Dear all

My apologies for the long delay in getting the rather brief meeting notes and 
the annual reivew up. I finished and uploaded them fairly quickly but did not 
do the final check and then forgot about it and, when I did it today, found a 
couple of typos which meant no-one could access the annual review anyway!

Anyway, they are readable now. Apologies again for the long delay.
